The founder of HCRC Staffing is Mr. Brian Torchin, who is also a professionally licensed chiropractor. Mr. Torchin received his bachelors of Exercise Science from the University of Delaware. Mr. Torchin decided to start HCRC as a result of seeing in numerous problems arise when it came to filling positions in the various fields of medicine. The acronym HCRC stands for Health Care Recruitment Counselors, in which Mr. Torchin is also the President of the health care staffing and recruiting firm.

Mr. Torchin has become known for recruiting the best chiropractors around through HCRC. His agency recruits chiropractors from all over the country, and throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, and Canada. Mr. Torchin spent years managing the operations of health care offices. Kevin Seawright Leads Youth Employment Initiative

As was recently reported by KIIITV in New Jersey, leader Kevin Seawright has been breaking new ground in a youth employment initiative. As CFO of the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation (Newark CEDC), Mr. Seawright is uniquely qualified to lead the initiative. Through it, young people will gain employment opportunity and training in fiscal management to enhance success in their futures.

In partnership with NewarkWorks and local business leaders, The Newark Community Economic Development Corporation hopes to bolster the Summer Youth Employment Plan, which will give six weeks of paid employment and hopefully enhance community college graduation rates. Not only will one-the-job training take place. Also, empowerment lectures and education in fiscal management will be given to enhance the long-term success of these fortunate young people.

This is the first year that applications for the program are require to be made online. In days past, the time-consuming paper application process might take six weeks. Mr. Seawright was delighted to remark that the same process has been reduced to a “thirty minute event.”

A goal of the 2016 program is to increase the number of summer employment opportunities from 3,000 to 3,500. Also, by partnership with Santander and TD banks, financial literacy has been maximized. This was an outcome of Mr. Seawright’s dutiful advocacy with these business leaders.

It is not surprising that Seawright has been leading this initiative so successfully. He has a long track record of experience in leadership roles making a positive difference in the community. Before serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Newark CEDC, he was Chief Financial and Facilities Manager for a Maryland Department of Recreation and Parks.

His experience includes managing budgets in excess of $200 million annually, and has been in charge of $600 million in capital funding for schools and related facilities, both to upgrade existing structures and create new ones. Although his career is in the non-profit sector, he has understood the significance of the private sector business, and knows how to reach out to them.

As for his success in this arena, Kevin Seawright is quick to say “you are only as good as your team.” As a team player, he also knows how to build one and keep it motivated. He was selected to be the recipient of the 2010 MetLife Bridges to the Future award, in recognition of his intelligence in handling large and complex financial issues.
